Electrodes for spot welding

For this project, universal bottom and specific upper electrodes for contact welding have been designed and manufactured using ceramic Doceram guides. A feature of our electrodes is the ability to adjust the contact surface height of the electrode replaceable head, which makes it possible to use these replaceable parts of the electrode longer due to the re-sharpening of the contact surface.

A series of technological equipment was also designed and manufactured for the placement of body parts in the process of spot welding.
