Manipulators for the "GAZ" group of companies

Our company successfully completed a set of works for the manufacture, installation and commissioning of manipulators for a warehouse-storage pallets for the assembly shop of Volkswagen and SKODA cars at the GAZ auto plant. The structure is a mobile trolley with a pantograph and grips, fixed under the roof of the shop at a height of 8 meters, which serves as a storage unit.

A particular feature of this project were the large dimensions of the product, the high requirements for the accuracy of manufacturing units and the high requirements for the assembly of manipulators. Installation took place in the cramped conditions of the current production at an altitude of 8 meters.
