Equipment modernization

Design work was performed, a solution was proposed and implemented to upgrade the plant in order to:

• increase the service life of cutting disc knives
• simplify the adjustment of the equipment to the required cutting dimensions
• minimize raw material losses (including technological losses)

Knots of knife cases direction and fixation and a system of constant pneumatic adjustable clamping of cutting blades were thoroughly modernized.
