Automation of machining

In addition to our research and development base, our own product line and own design works, we are a member of the European Engineering Industries Association. We are working together with the best German and Swiss design bureaus in the field of designing and manufacturing non-standard equipment. We have experience in design and manufacture of portal drilling and milling machines, thread-cutting machines, tools for forming bushings (Flowdrill) using spindles and spindle units produced by Suhner, a Swiss company and components of other European companies. This cooperation has a very favorable effect on the level of services provided and allows using the experience of foreign companies in their development.

Joint work with German and Swiss firms and the use of their experience, as well as the use of the best European engineering components, allow us to supply customers with equipment that meets all the requirements of the European market.

Our company’s division performs projects for automation of machining. We realize projects on complex sites’ robotization for various manufactures using robots of the ABB company.

Working together with the German engineering bureau, we have successfully manufactured a number of machines and complexes for large industrial enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries. One of our customers was a large Ukrainian company OOO NPF Tekhvagonmash. Together with this enterprise, we manufactured automated warehouses for long and flat products, bending and straightening presses, drilling portals with automatic tool changers and other non-standard equipment. The customer noted the high quality of our products and services.
